• Engineered and executed multivariate experiments across free-trial nudges, plan-page layouts, checkout flow variants, referral prompts, payment-retry logic, email-nudge cadences, and content personalization, boosting trial-to-paid conversion by 25%.
• Spearheaded GA4 implementation across Web/M-Web & Apps, resolving over 30 attribution gaps and developing daily dashboards, resulting in a 323% MoM revenue jump (₹3.5L to ₹15L) and YTD growth from ₹0.04Cr to ₹0.18Cr.
• Optimized payment reliability and user experience by identifying UPI success dips and implementing 3 retry-logic enhancements, reducing payment failures by 20% and checkout drop-offs by 12%.

Sugarbox provides OTT, E-Commerce, Mobility & FnB based solutions in national airlines and multiple intermittently internet connected environments such as cargo ships, villages, trains etc.
